Do I need to be a coach to join?

No. The Workshop is open to everyone who wants to experience BCT and learn more about the method. The Teacher Training is designed for both aspiring and experienced coaches who want to learn the BCT Method.

I've never done a BCT class before. Can I still join the Teacher Training?

Yes! However, we highly recommend joining the BCT Workshop & Super Session on Friday before the training. It's the perfect opportunity to experience the method, understand the philosophy behind it, and decide if the Teacher Training is right for you.

Is the Friday Workshop mandatory?

No, it's completely optional. But if you've never experienced BCT before, we strongly recommend attending.

What happens during the Workshop?

You'll learn the story, philosophy, and principles behind BCT, experience a full 70-minute BCT Super Session exactly as it's taught in Bali, and finish with an open Q&A where you can ask anything about the method and the Teacher Training.

What time does the Teacher Training start and finish?

Each training day runs from 8:00 AM to approximately 5:00 PM, including short breaks and a lunch break.

What will I learn during the Teacher Training?

Over four immersive days you'll learn the complete BCT Method—from movement fundamentals, coaching, cueing, rhythm, music, programming, and class creation to communication, community building, and developing your own coaching style. Practical teaching is integrated every day, with continuous individual feedback.

Will I be teaching during the training?

Yes. You'll progressively practice coaching from day one, teaching exercises, transitions, short circuits, and eventually complete class sections, all while receiving individual feedback to build confidence.

What makes BCT different?

BCT is built around time under tension, mind-muscle connection, intentional movement, rhythm, and coaching. Rather than memorizing choreography, you'll learn the principles behind the method so you can confidently create your own classes.

Will I receive a certificate?

Yes. After successfully completing the training, you'll receive your official BCT Teacher Certificate during the graduation ceremony.

Will I receive support after the Teacher Training?

Absolutely. Your journey doesn't end with certification. You'll receive continued support through our Patreon video library, direct mentorship, and access to our growing international BCT coach community. Both Beto and Caro will be available to answer questions and support you as you begin teaching. If additional practice is needed, Beto may also offer an optional fifth mentoring day, giving participants extra time for class creation, practical teaching, individual feedback, coaching refinement, and preparation to confidently represent BCT in their own market. Our goal isn't to create coaches who copy classes, but coaches who truly understand the method and can confidently create, adapt, and teach their own BCT classes.
