Returns & Store Credit

We get it — sometimes a piece just doesn’t hit the way you hoped. That’s okay. At Rhoo, we offer store credit for returns because we believe in second chances. And to make it even better, we’ll give you 110% back in store credit. More value, less regret.

What You’ll Receive

You’ll receive a digital gift card for 110% of your original order value, which can be used anytime and never expires.

What Qualifies for Return

To be eligible for store credit:

• Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition

• Tags must still be attached

• Return request must be made within 14 days of delivery

Refund Exceptions

We don’t offer refunds for change of mind or sizing issues — but we do make exceptions for:

• Damaged or incorrect items

• First-time purchases that didn’t work out

If you qualify for an exception, we’ll process a full refund instead of store credit.

How to Start a Return

Email returns@rhoo-thless.com with your order number and reason for return. We’ll take it from there.
