Shipping policy

We ship across Europe from our studio with care and intention. Orders are processed within 1–3 business days and shipped via trusted carriers.

Shipping Costs

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and order size. Please note: Rhoo does not cover shipping costs — this includes both the original delivery and any return shipping, unless your item arrived damaged or incorrect.

Delivery Times

Most orders arrive within 3–7 business days after dispatch. Rural areas may take slightly longer. You’ll receive a tracking number as soon as your order is on its way.

If your item is marked as a preorder, please allow up to 2 weeks for it to be produced and shipped. We’ll keep you updated every step of the way.

Customs & Duties

Orders within the EU should not incur additional fees. For non-EU countries, any customs or import duties are the responsibility of the customer.
